Confidential Advice

You should know that all the information you give to us is confidential. We will discuss with you any information that we may need to share. Case notes are stored in a secure area and will not be shown to anyone outside Bromley Y without your signed consent. There are two potentially serious circumstances where we might need to contact outside agencies:

1. If we were told that someone intended to harm a specific person and we believed this to be a real possibility.
2. If we were to learn that a person under the age of 16 was currently at risk of serious harm.
